Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional nursing care aligned with individualized care plans
Skilfully administer prescribed medications and treatments
Maintain precise records of vital signs, ensuring meticulous documentation
Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to strategize and execute holistic care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents well-being
Uphold a clean and secure environment in adherence to infection control measures
Communicate proficiently with residents, their families, and fellow professionals
Inspire and guide junior staff, setting a remarkable example

Requirements:

Active NMC registration as a Nurse with a valid PIN
Previous experience within care homes or equivalent settings
Proficiency in clinical skills, grounded in nursing best practices
Effective communication, fostering strong interpersonal connections
Adaptability to function independently and as a valued team player
Compassionate and patient-centric approach to delivering care
Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship
Must be in the UK and working in a Nursing Home as a Nurse and currently on the Health & Care Visa
