Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool. Scheduled Hours - 7pm to 7am. Float to Med Surge Tele and Emergency Room. Every Third Weekend. Rotating Holidays. Level 2 Trauma.

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with patient care equipment
Current Illinois RN license
Current CPR
Certifications/education required for the nursing specialty
Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
Time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in operating computer functions (e.g., E-mail, electronic records, digital platforms etc.)
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts
Ability to transport objects, patients, and equipment
Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently
Must be able to push/pull with 30 lbs. of force
Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch
Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions
