Job Description:

Ambience Care is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGNs) to support care homes across the Reading and Wokingham areas. This is a flexible role ideal for nurses looking for regular agency work in a professional and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
  • Administer medication and monitor patient conditions
  • Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate care documentation and reporting
  • Promote dignity, independence, and person-centered care

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN (in good standing)
  • Full right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates
  • Previous experience working in nursing or residential care homes preferred
