Job Responsibility:
Lead and support clinical governance and reporting processes
Oversee care planning and delivery, responding to clients' health needs
Manage and support clinical caseloads, including assessments and interventions
Deliver training to staff on clinical tools such as CIWA, COWS, and MUST
Respond to medical emergencies and manage risk and safeguarding concerns
Ensure safe and compliant medication administration
Promote health education, harm reduction, and disease prevention
Conduct clinical audits and support service improvement plans
Encourage and support BBV screening and vaccination programmes
Maintain accurate clinical records and produce reports as required
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with the right to work in the UK
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Interest or experience in working with individuals with complex needs
Strong understanding of health promotion and harm reduction
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Nice to have:
Experience in substance misuse, detox, or rehabilitation services
Knowledge of motivational interviewing or CBT approaches
Experience in clinical auditing and service improvement
