Job Description:

Do you hold current registration with the NMC and do have a necessary Nursing qualification. And also have a compassionate and caring attitude towards others, you will have adequate training , experience and a clear understanding of your role and your professional boundaries. As our Nursing staff , you will help to deliver the best nursing care to the clients within our homes

Job Responsibility:

Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
Overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication following NMC Standards
Creating and carrying out care plans
Ensure to offer safe, caring atmosphere to the people we support
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
Support, guide and mentor other team members within the work place
Working individually and as a team with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the care home

Requirements:

Current registration with the NMC
Necessary Nursing qualification
Compassionate and caring attitude
Adequate training
Experience
Clear understanding of role and professional boundaries
