Job Description:

Do you hold current registration with the NMC and do have a necessary Nursing qualification. And also have a compassionate and caring attitude towards others, you will have adequate training , experience and a clear understanding of your role and your professional boundaries. As our Nursing staff , you will help to deliver the best nursing care to the clients within our homes

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
  • Overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication following NMC Standards
  • Creating and carrying out care plans
  • Ensure to offer safe, caring atmosphere to the people we support
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Support, guide and mentor other team members within the work place
  • Working individually and as a team with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the care home
