Job Responsibility:
Build on existing skill set
Practice in a nurse-led environment

Guide and support Residents in life-changing decisions
Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
Attend safeguarding training
Undertake additional training in associated areas
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
At least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care
Commitment to NMC standards of practice
Passion to mentor and share knowledge
Ability to act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to role model professional behaviours
Ability to deliver person-centred care
Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
