Job Description

Registered Nurse role at Dovehaven Lodge Nursing Home, Preston. 36-hour contract, three days a week, 12-hour shifts 8am-8pm on a rota basis with every other weekend availability. Job Responsibility

Promote high standards of nursing care
Ensure all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner
Perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans and administer safe medication
Being dependable and flexible in order to meet the needs of the resident and the home

Requirements

Currently registered with NMC for appropriate client group (valid PIN number)
Have relevant care home experience
Have experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care
