Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) position in Family Medicine at AMG Orland Park 167th. Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with patient care equipment
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • Current CPR
  • Certifications/education required for the nursing specialty
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts
  • Ability to transport objects, patients, and equipment
  • Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
  • Ability to assist in evacuation of patients
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance

Nice to have:

  • BSN Preferred
  • 2 years’ experience preferred
  • 1-year critical care or surgical experience (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
  • 1 year experience in cardiology preferred (Cardiology)
  • 2 years' experience in acute or ambulatory care (Contact Center)
  • 1 year experience telemetry or PACU preferred (Endoscopy)
  • 1 year experience in critical care or ED preferred (Immediate Care)
  • 1 to 2 years occupational health experience or new graduate with prior occupational health or related experience (Occupational Health)
  • 1 year experience in oncology preferred (Oncology)
  • OCN preferred or obtained when OCN requirements met (Oncology)
