Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing, ADN
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
BLS with skills demonstration
Two (2) year of RN experience working in an acute care facility
Effective Communication
Knowledge of the principles and skills of the nursing process
Critical thinking skills
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Basic Computer skills

Job Responsibility

Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards
Be available and flexible to float to various departments and sites throughout the Texas Market to provide patient care
Participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of a Clinical Leader
Clinical needs include ICU, Med Surg/Telemetry, Emergency, OR/PACU, Cardiac Cath Lab and Women’s’ Services

Two (2) year of RN experience working in an acute care facility
