Job Responsibility:

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care
Requirements:
Successful completion of Bachelor of Nursing
Registration with AHPRA
Minimum 12 months’ working experience within an acute Australian hospital setting (not including placements)
Experience within at least one of the medical specialty areas of the ward (Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Renal Medicines, Nephrology and Endocrinology)
Demonstrate the ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to high quality care and to maintaining a culture of patient centred care
Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills
Possess excellent clinical skills
Commitment to participate in a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong command of electronic medical records (EMR) and computer skills
