Registered Nurse Supervisor

• Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff
• Step in to assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs whenever required
• Foster an open-door environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust
• Serve as a strong advocate for staff — confidently addressing challenges with providers, patients, or workflow
• Ensure high-quality clinical practice standards, leveraging strong clinical judgement and experience
• Support, coach, and develop team members
• model professionalism and empathy
• Partner closely with providers to ensure effective teamwork and patient-centered care
• Maintain high-level proficiency in Epic and other clinical systems
• support staff with training, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvement, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture grounded in accountability and mutual support
• Track all clinical teammate licensures

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Prior leadership and ambulatory experience preferred
• BSN required
• RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program

Experience with Joint Commission standards strongly preferred
