This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sexual Health Hub Program, providing sexual and reproductive health services to our community. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Health, Economic and Social Inclusion, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting pregnancy testing and counselling
  • Following up abnormal pathology results and arranging patient callbacks
  • Dispensing oral contraceptive repeats (as appropriate)
  • Providing telephone information and referral support
  • Maintaining clinical rooms to high standards, including hygiene and infection control
  • Assisting GPs with IUD insertions
  • Participating in service improvement activities and team meetings
  • Managing reception triage and appointment coordination

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA/NMBA registration as a Registered Nurse in NSW
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience using medical software
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • NSW Driver Licence

Nice to have:

Experience in sexual health settings and/or unplanned pregnancy support is highly desirable
