Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team
  • Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing standards
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role
  • Proficiency in nursing practices and patient care
  • Strong understanding of B.Sc Nursing and GNM principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Registered Nurse license in good standing
