We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Registered Nurse RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Premier Washington Health Center, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients, while also driving excellence in our clinical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our nursing facility, including supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and service, and that our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will also be valuable in implementing new clinical programs and initiatives, and in developing and maintaining positive relationships with our patients, families, and medical staff.
Job Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team on weekends, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service
Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including delegating tasks and providing feedback and coaching
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and medical staff
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in a similar role
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
