Job Description:

46 bed unit specializing in Medical Telemetry/Dialysis; provides nursing care to patients with variety of complex medical cardiac diagnosis related to renal, GI, GU, Diabetes, Detox; including peritoneal and hemodialysis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by State of Illinois
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
  • Will consider New Grad RN with NCLEX Test date
