The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing. The LDRP team offers labor, delivery and recovery including post partum and newborn care by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff in a family centered caring and medically safe environment.
Job Responsibility:
Utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care
Practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing
Requirements:
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire
ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire
NRP and STABLE required within six (6) months of hire
Social Perceptiveness: Ability to work with a diverse population from pediatrics to geriatrics
Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations
Time Management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills
