Yours included.\n\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit in Boston, a 16-bed secure inpatient unit.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProviding nursing care to patients and families in our inpatient psychiatric unit\nMaintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.\nProviding education to patients and families.\nFacilitating group therapies.\nOverseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.\n36 hours, day/evening/night rotations, every other weekend and rotating holidays.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation:\n\nA bachelor’s degree in nursing\n\nExperience:\n\n1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.\n\nLicensure/Certifications\n\nCurrent Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nThe posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.\n\nAny base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
