NVQ Level 5
Management of a nursing care home and/or nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Experienced Registered Home Manager with a background in nursing and/or complex dementia care
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, clinical governance, and team leadership
Excellent commercial awareness with a proven ability to improve occupancy, staff retention, and service performance
Emotional intelligence required to lead specialist dementia services
Resilient, accountable, and values-driven leader who inspires confidence, builds trust quickly, and leads from the front

Job Responsibility

Take full operational and commercial ownership of the service
Responsible for all aspects of operational performance, including governance, compliance, staffing, budgets, KPIs, and occupancy
