Job Responsibility:

  • Assess patient and family needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care and symptom management
  • Administer medications and coordinate care across the healthcare team
  • Educate and support families to promote comfort and peace of mind
  • Lead and guide hospice aides to ensure consistent, compassionate care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing education

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Virginia (multi-state or single-state)
  • CPR certification
  • At least two years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
