We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Program Coordinator to support our Interventional Pulmonary program. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination, timely scheduling, and high‑quality patient care for a variety of advanced pulmonary procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Review and triage incoming referrals for Interventional Pulmonary services
Coordinate and schedule advanced pulmonary procedures
Collect and organize clinical data prior to scheduling endobronchial valve cases
Collaborate with physicians, procedural teams, and clinic staff to ensure accurate and efficient workflow
Provide patient education and assist with pre‑procedure preparation as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and support program quality initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of RN BLS experience preferred
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Bachelor’s in nursing required
Nice to have:
MSN preferred
Pulmonary or critical care nursing experience preferred
