Job Responsibility

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment according to scheduled maintenance programs
Replace filters, belts, and other consumable components as required
Clean and inspect heating and cooling coils, condensate systems, and air distribution equipment
Lubricate bearings, motors, pumps, and fans as required
Assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems including air handlers, package units, split systems, heat pumps, exhaust fans, chilled water systems, pumps and piping systems
