Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to our Pre-Op and Post-Op unit at Wolfson Surgery Center. This is a PRN Day shift opportunity with a commitment of 2 shifts per week. This is a fast paced peri-operative unit, specializing in PreOp and Phase 2 recovery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services
  • Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
  • Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree - Nursing
  • 2-4 years Emergency Department, ICU, Surgical Services Experience

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
