Registered Nurse, Pediatric Operating Room

• Coordinate and prepare assigned room/case
• Assess patients and anticipate needs of the case
• Perform accurate and complete documentation
• Apply knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique and sterilization processes
• Work as a Circulating Nurse, meeting patients in the OR and remaining with them for the duration of their procedure
• Act as the patient’s primary advocate and be responsible for the delivery and documentation of patient care during the intra-operative period
• Verify patient information, position the patient, manage the room, and initiate counts

• Associate's Degree - Nursing
• 1-2 years Perioperative Nursing Experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
• Must have OR experience or Periop 101 class

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
