We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our innovative Pediatric Float pool to meet the ever-changing staffing needs across the enterprise; with the opportunity to bring your expertise and work in a variety of inpatient settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing competent nursing care to patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all inpatient settings including the surgical, medical, oncology and neuroscience units
  • Delivering family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
  • Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs
  • Opportunities to be involved in hospital wide committees and to precept new staff and nursing students

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • A minimum of 1-year inpatient acute care RN experience required with a wide range of diagnoses preferred
  • Pediatrics RN experience preferred
  • Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, and flexibility of availability required
  • Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Nice to have:

Pediatrics RN experience preferred
