Registered Nurse, Pain Rehabilitation Centers

• Support admission, discharge, and follow-up clinic workflows, including obtaining or reviewing vital signs, completing medication reconciliation, administering oral medications, and coordinating laboratory testing, imaging, and specialty consultations as indicated
• Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging calls, messages, and clinical concerns for prospective, current and former patients
• Coordinate referral, waitlist, and intake workflows for both programs by leading weekly interdisciplinary waitlist meetings and collaborating closely with the team to maintain program census
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care aligned with the biopsychosocial model of pain treatment
• Provide supervision for clinical assistants
• Facilitate patient education groups
• Provide additional program support by covering study/lunch sessions and structured therapeutic activities as needed

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• A minimum of 1 year of inpatient acute RN experience required
• 2+ years of acute pediatric RN experience preferred
• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
