Position Summary/ Department Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston PACU.

Job Responsibility

  • Recovers pediatric patients from surgery/procedure
  • Prepares pediatric patients for surgery on the day of surgery/procedure
  • Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment
  • Performs developmental/age-appropriate nursing assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with peers and interdisciplinary colleagues
  • Working primarily 10-hour shifts, rotating day start times

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • A minimum of 2 years of inpatient pediatric experience
  • Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN

Nice to have

  • PACU/Critical Care experience preferred
  • Post-surgical care experience preferred
