Registered Nurse / RN - Operating Room - Full Time, Days. Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!! Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, Texas 76244. Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour); Day Shift, 6:30am - 5:00pm, Call Required. Department Highlights: Team based environment, Workplace culture 2nd to none, Great benefits/ 401k / PTO. Entity Highlights: Texas Health Alliance is a 151-bed, full-service hospital serving our community since 2012. We’re Joint Commission-accredited with a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
  • Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred
  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
