Registered Nurse / RN - Operating Room - Full Time, Days. Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!! Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, Texas 76244. Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour); Day Shift, 6:30am - 5:00pm, Call Required. Requirements:

Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
