Requirements

Current Washington state licensure as an RN
CPR certification is required every two (2) years
ACLS
PALS (depending on location)
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
Completion of related residency program with minimum two (2) years of experience in area of care (OR, PACU)
Strong patient assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in team setting, current working knowledge of electronic medical records

Job Responsibility

Provide high-quality, skilled nursing services essential for assisting patients to achieve optimum health, functional status, and safe passage through invasive or interventional procedures during episodic or series of visits
Utilize the nursing process through skilled assessment, triage, education, collaboration, and coordination of healthcare and community resources to support patients in achieving an optimal level of wellness throughout their procedural experience
