• Complete and contribute to nursing assessments and person‑centred care plans, ensuring safe medicines management in line with NMC standards
• Deliver holistic, high‑quality care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and mental health needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure care environment, following infection control, health & safety, safeguarding, and security procedures
• Work in accordance with the NMC Code, maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents, risks, concerns, or complaints appropriately
• Lead, support, and supervise care staff, contributing to training and development, and working closely with the management team in meetings and service improvement

• Registered Nurse (adult) with active pin
• Experience working with care home environment is desirable
• Computer Literate and excellent inter-personal skills
• In good physical and mental health in order to meet the requirements of the role
