Job Responsibility

To deliver Medication Administration, Monitor wound care & other residents care needs
Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and other staff of the organisation
Create and evaluate care plans to improve resident’s care in consultation with residents and their representatives
To supervise staff in the performance of their duties
Maintain and update Resident Record & admit or discharge residents
To assist with daily activities of the Residents
To maintain up to date knowledge on AN-ACC, accreditation process, new practices, and procedures
Be able to liaise with third party providers including medical officers, dentists, podiatrist and etc.
To record all outcomes in the appropriate forms for resident documentation
To prove leadership ability with commitment to the ongoing development of staff and self
