As the Night Duty RN, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the safety, clinical care, and well-being of our residents when it matters most.

As the Night Duty RN, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the safety, clinical care, and well-being of our residents when it matters most.

Requirements

  • Aged Care Experience: Proven experience working within the Australian Aged Care sector is essential
  • RN in Charge Capability: Because this is night duty, you must be entirely comfortable and experienced acting as the RN in Charge of the facility, leading a small night team and making independent clinical decisions
  • Active AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 2 years experience
  • skills: in charge, night duty, aged care, clinical
  • qualifications: bachelors in nursing
  • education: Bachelor Degree
