Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced NICU nurses to join our progressive and innovative Newborn Services. There are approximately 7500 deliveries per year at Western Health and Newborn Services admits nearly 2000 patients a year. Newborn Services currently has 6 NICU beds as well as a combination of HDU and SCN beds with an exciting expansion underway to add further beds. Requirements:

12 months minimum of Australian Neonatal Intensive Care and/or Neonatal HDU nursing experience
Excellent time management, communication skills and attention to detail
A positive and can-do attitude
Family centred care approach

Nice to have:

Postgraduate Certificate/working towards Certificate in Neonatal Care
