BSN required
A minimum of 1 year pediatric experience, ICU preferred
Adult ICU or equivalent experience with mechanically ventilated patients strongly considered
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Massachusetts RN Licensure

Job Responsibility

Caring for patients with respiratory insufficiency and/or failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, asthma, heart failure, sepsis, metabolic crisis, and those experiencing medically fragile/technology dependent co-morbidities
Providing care to medical patients with life-threatening and/or potentially life threatening conditions across the age continuum
Working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for both learning and career growth
Practicing family centered care in an ICU environment
36 hours/week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend
