Job Responsibility

  • Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit
  • Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients
  • 12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
  • Working 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend

Requirements

  • BSN required
  • A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience required
  • Massachusetts RN Licensure

Nice to have

  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • PALS or ACLS preferred
