Where You Will Work: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our 12-bed ICU unit, which provides high-acuity care with an average daily census of 6 patients. The unit maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. Ideal RN candidates will have prior ICU or stepdown experience, who are outgoing, confident, and eager to learn. Known for exceptional teamwork, strong staff engagement in Professional Governance, and commitment to professional development, this unit offers a dynamic and supportive environment for those who thrive in challenging clinical settings.
