Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to our team at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. This is a PRN opportunity. Baptist Nassau is a highly advanced, extremely well-equipped community hospital that provides a full spectrum of in and outpatient services and 24-hour emergency care to coastal communities in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bed placement
  • Crisis management
  • Resource level knowledge of organ/tissue policy and procedures
  • Working knowledge of staffing minimums and assist in staffing coordination for the adult hospital
  • Clinically proficient, active participant of the Code Team

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years Supervisory Experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Nice to have:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred
