This is a full time- 36 hour a week, night shift position. The RN House Administrator role provides leadership and assistance to all hospital areas to ensure smooth operations and coordination of patient care for all patient care areas during their assigned shift. The Administrator is responsible for clinical supervision and deployment of personnel and resources and may supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Unit Secretaries, as well as ancillary staff in the absence of their Director/ Manager.

Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college preferred
Current Registered Nurse license from the Maine Board of Nursing required
Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Three years of experience in acute care setting preferred
