3 East is a 20-bed Medical-Surgical floor that provides comprehensive care for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as post-operative recovery needs. This unit is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This unit provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient cases. Primary Patient Population: Adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and cardiovascular disorders. Post-operative patients recovering from general, orthopedic, or abdominal surgeries. Patients requiring telemetry monitoring for cardiac observation and complex medication management. Typical Nurse to patient ration is 5:1
