Job Description:

Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Emergency at Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time Night shift opportunity. This emergency center provides efficient, patient-centered care to Clay County and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide care to patients with emergent conditions
  • Educate patients and families on care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams
  • Coordinate services with ancillary departments
  • Advocate for patient safety and outcomes
  • Participate in unit activities and meetings

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
  • Telemetry Experience (required)
  • Hospital Experience (required)
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)

Nice to have:

  • Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
