Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED) Bring your passion to Texas Health So we are Better + Together! Work location: Texas Health Allen, 1105 Central Expressway North, Allen, TX 75013 Work hours: Full Time/Nights; (6:45P-7:15A); Variable Shifts Must be available for weekend and holiday requirement

Requirements:

  • Nursing Diploma in nursing required
  • Associate’s degree in nursing required
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience as registered nurse required
  • 1+ years of experience as an RN in an ED acute care setting strongly preferred
  • RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually within 90 days required
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days
  • TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course upon hire preferred
