A Bachelor’s degree in nursing
A minimum of 1 years of inpatient acute or emergency medicine RN experience required
ED experience (pedi preferred) or any acute pediatric experience, strongly preferred
The ability to work in collaboration with emergency medicine physicians, nurses, mid-level providers and administrative staff is essential
The analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in-depth, cross-functional experience-based knowledge
