Graduate of accredited RN program
3 Years of Acute Care experience
Registered Nurse: CA RN license
Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 90 Days

Job Responsibility

Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide safe, therapeutic care for patients of all ages
Provide total patient care
Assist in managing care administered by other staff
Assume responsibility for assignments, including relief charge nurse duties as needed
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles
Effectively collaborate with the healthcare team
Take accountability for patient outcomes
Perform appropriate nursing history and physical assessment upon admission & on an ongoing basis
Ensure the patient is properly introduced to the unit & surroundings upon arrival
Complete assessment as reflected in nursing notes & admission history

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly
Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change)
Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week and must have the ability to work up to 3 days per week
Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed

Job Responsibility

Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards
Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns
Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure
Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements
Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post-treatment care instructions
Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their care plan
Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to medical or clinic leadership
Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment
Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless client care and clinic operations
