Job Description:

Are you a senior nursing professional looking for a diverse role that combines frontline clinical care with high-level leadership? We are seeking a Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our clinical team in a hybrid capacity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide mentoring and clinical supervision to RNs and care staff
  • Deliver high-quality, nurse-initiated care and treatment to residents
  • Step into the Facility Manager position and take charge of the site in their absence
  • Manage comprehensive care planning, clinical assessments, and medication management systems
  • Lead internal audits, identify staff learning needs, and assist with clinical indicator data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse Division 1 (NSW) registration
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (Aged Care preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and staff supervision
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Satisfactory Federal Police Record Check and required vaccinations.
