Job Description:

Atrium Health Elizabeth Family Medicine delivers comprehensive, lifelong care for patients from newborns to older adults. The practice offers preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, behavioral health support, dermatologic care, sports medicine, immunizations, and minor surgical procedures. With specialists in geriatrics, diabetes education, and musculoskeletal care, the team provides advanced, patient‑centered services designed to support the health and well‑being of individuals and families at every stage of life. This role is a working lead with patient care responsibility in addition to supporting other clinical teammates and leading clinical operational tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum
  • Supporting other clinical teammates and leading clinical operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Current certification in BLS required
  • Experience with outpatient pediatric vaccines
  • 2 years of prior ambulatory experience preferred
  • BSN preferred

Nice to have:

  • 2 years of prior ambulatory experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
