Job Description

MaineHealth is looking for a full-time day shift, Certified Wound Ostomy - Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team! This position work out of our Portland, ME, wound locations with a clinical schedule of weekdays.

Job Responsibility

Provides expert clinical leadership through direct patient care, education and consultation to nursing and other disciplines in order to meet the complex needs of wound/ostomy patients and their families

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required
  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
  • WOCN Board Certification required
  • Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • Three years of recent clinical nursing experience required
