Job Description

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Outpatient Services to our Heart Center at Baptist Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity with either 4-10's, 3-12's, or 5-8's depending on availability. The department hours are 5:30am to 7:00pm. This Cardiac Outpatient Services RN is responsible for assessing Heart Center patient, including evaluating, continuous monitoring, interpreting, communicating and recording patient conditions.

Job Responsibility

  • Assessing Heart Center patients, including evaluating, continuous monitoring, interpreting, communicating, and recording patient conditions
  • Coordinates with the physician's office, other RNs, laboratory, dietary, x-ray, pharmacy, and other areas of the hospital
  • COPS RN perform TEEs, cardioversions, Tilt Table tests, and pharmacological stress tests

Requirements

  • 2 Years Critical Care Experience
  • Education Preferred: BS - Nursing
  • Experience: Emergency Department Experience
  • License and Certification: ACLS & PALS
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
  • Driver's License - DMV
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
