Job Description:

Registered Nurse Band 5 role at Savernake Community Hospital, Savernake Ward. The unit provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire. It is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team. Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses. Ward Leadership is provided by the Senior Sister who believes in Compassionate Leadership. The organisation provides training, support and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessing, planning, Implementing and Evaluating Nursing Care
  • Supervising and supporting Nursing Associates, Junior staff, and students
  • Delivering positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey
  • Delivering high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work

Requirements:

  • NMC registered Nurse
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
