Branch Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact. Registered Care Manager. North East Lincolnshire. Unit 1, Ground Floor, Acorn Business Park, Moss Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LW. The contract involves delivering over 2,000 hours of weekly care through Comfort Call, one of CCH Group's companies, providing both in-home support and dedicated services within the Burchester Court extra care scheme. £38,556 per annum. As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated care team—including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors —ensuring outstanding service, driving compliance, and growing your branch, all while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day to day activity and grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users
  • Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands
  • Ensure care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented
  • Responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Requirements

Experienced Leadership: You’re an efficient, organized Domiciliary Manager with a passion for community care. Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification or have a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services. Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills are essential for success.
