Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day management of a purpose-built care home providing nursing, dementia, and residential care
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing staff team
Ensure CQC compliance and governance frameworks are embedded from the outset
Drive occupancy, financial performance, and long-term sustainability
Build strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and community stakeholders
Ensure CQC readiness from the outset, embedding strong governance and compliance frameworks

Requirements:
Proven track record as a successful Home or Registered Manager in elderly care
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Nurse-qualified (RGN / RMN) desirable but not essential
Demonstrable success in CQC compliance, occupancy growth, and team development
Inspirational leader with excellent communication, organisational, and commercial skills
