An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and people-focused Registered Manager to join a brand-new domiciliary care service in Greater Manchester. Job Responsibility:
Register with CQC (or work towards registration) and lead the service operationally
Build and maintain strong compliance, governance, and quality frameworks
Support business growth through networking, assessments, and client onboarding
Lead, recruit, and develop care staff in line with person-centred values
Conduct care assessments, particularly during the initial growth phase
Manage on-call responsibilities, particularly in the early stages of the service
Work closely with the business owner to shape strategy, culture, and long-term growth
Requirements:
Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care or an experienced Care Manager / Deputy Manager ready to step up
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards
Comfortable working in a start-up environment where flexibility is essential
Confident communicator with the ability to support business development
Ambitious, open-minded, and keen to grow with the business
